Once it was good. Now it is crud. If you want good ribs try Prime bbq in scarsdale.

Over priced ribs and chicken. Called in a pickup after reading that they suck at delivering. It was a horrible experience. I thought by calling it in and picking it up that could not screw up the order but they did. I ordered a bake potato for a side and they put in baked beans instead. The side portions are tiny by the way small 4oz cups. Not only was the screw up a let down but so was the chicken and ribs that I ordered were very tough and dry. It looked more appealing than it tasted. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Ordered food from ribs on the run, they never showed up.
Called multiple times. The first time, an hour after the initial order, they told me that the delivery guy left and it would be a few minutes. Another hour later, called back to find out what happened to "a few minutes", they made more excuses and never showed up. luckily I didn't pay with a credit card cause then I'd be disputing charges. This is also not the first time I've had problems with ordering from them in person or through delivery. They made errors all the time and then do nothing to rectify their mistake. Don't bother with Ribs-on-the-run

this food is great if ur on-the-run..i usually order for a pick up my foods always ready with the price i run in and run out. the new owners are very nice and polite. i give this place a 5 out of 5. if u want my opinion u should go and try it they will not let u down
