Great place to go. Plenty of room for evertyone and lots of classes to attend. Try it before you knock it. It's a simple, down-to-earth gym. It doesn't need to be fancy to yield results.

Nice concept, but the lunks make you feel like your in a prison yard. Everyone just lifts.

Too much people, too little equipment. I would prefer going to a different location, unfortunately it is next to my house and more convenient for me.
