Awful service and very rude employees. Called ahead to get my hair cut and they said they would take me in at 8:15pm. When I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, the woman behind the counter with red hair and a tattoo on her right shoulder asked me my name and then went on to say, "Oh, we have a 10 minute late policy in which you don't arrive on time, we take someone else. You're going to have to reschedule." First off, she never mentioned this rule over the phone at all. Secondly, she didn't apologize and there was over half an hour left to do my hair. I came in just to get it shorter, not to get a perm or get it colored. I am never going there ever again and I'm never recommending this place to anyone I know. Go to a beauty salon with hairdressers with years and years of experience, not a cookie cutter chain salon!
