Residence Inn Yonkers Westchester County

Here part of a business trip with another person. Company paying and they paid for the other person but was an issue with the credit card they gave for me. I explained I would get a hold of the companies management but it was taking longer than the Manger here at The Residence-Merriot liked! So was told even though I was here on behalf of a major international corporation that either I paid or the company paid today - TWO DAYS BEFORE CHECK OUT or I would have to check out today. She became "pleasantly "aggressive! Do yourselves a favor and don't deal with this Manger! Stay Someplace Else!

I rented a hotel room here last night for my brothers bachelor party i explained to manager on duty what my intentions were and it could be a little noisy. i told them this before i booked room and when i was checking in they inform me that it was ok a paid almost 350+ dollars for room he put me on first floor and assured me that this would be ok. at 12:45 the manager informs me that she will call the cops because of loud noise and only 4 people are allowed in room ( this is a 2 bedroom with living room) i was told i was able to have up to 12 people. we turn music down but at 1:35 the police was called and asked us to vacate the space. the whole reason for booking was the bachelor party i didn't sneak or hide my intentions and yet everything was ok until they got my money. I will never stay here again, any company that can switch up rules at a weem is no place for me.

Fabulous staff friendly service. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and the area closes down by 9PM so go downtown Yonkers if you prefer to eat late.

I stayed at this hotel on 11/13/15 to 11/15/15 and I must say this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome.. I will be returning again..Thanks for everything
