Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers

On February 12 was my birthday and I decided for my birthday I wanted to have a relaxing getaway with my friends on February 13- February 14. Sadly this was not the case ! My boyfriend checked in for me and began to settle in. From the moment he walked in the hotel the manger was disrespectful and told him to get of the premise because the rooms he book was unavailable. But all he wanted to do was check in. After that was settled a couple of hours later my friends and I came from dinner and we tried take the elevator up to our room until I noticed the security was watching my group of 5 well dressed African American friends. Then the security guard made his way to the manager and they both began looking at my group while talking to each other. I thought that was a little out of the ordinary but I just kept waiting for the elevator. Once we got off the elevator to the 3rd floor, the floor was filled with smoke and the scent of marijuana. At this point in time I was wondering what was going on and what kind of place this was. After being in the room for no more than 10 minutes I heard a loud BANG BANG BANG on the door. I was very shocked so I open the door and it was the security guard and the manger yelling at me saying there was a noise complaint and we have 5 minutes to get our belongings and get out the room. I did not believe this was happening to me. 10 minutes later the security guard came back and said we have to go now or they will call the police. I still stayed in the room and 30 minutes later there was about 15 rude police officers outside of the room telling everyone to get out. I was in the middle of getting dressed and the police officer insisted on being at the door of the room while I changed. I asked the police officer if I was going to get my money back and he shouted and belittled me in front of my friends and said no you have to take up with the manager. Me and my friend go out our belongings and went to the lobby and the receptionist told us we had to wait outside for our ride meanwhile it was -3 degrees outside and the Mayor said you shouldn't be outside if it not a must. The receptionist sarcastically said Happy Valentine's Day and rolled her eyes. I would NEVER EVER book this hotel again or even recommend this hotel. The staff was immature, rude, and most importantly UNPROFESSIONAL! I was unable to get my money back so I hope this review does some kind a justice. This day was a nightmare in HELL!

My Wife And I Was Harrassed And Was Kicked Out Of The Beautiful Hampton Inn. The Manager Was Defintely Rude I Asked A Simple Question. The Security Was Following Us. We did not even get to settle in. I booked a room on the 5TH floor preferably connected. The manager told me " I only booked one room." Moved Us To The Third Floor with a group of adolescent Smoking And Targeted My Room With My Guest And Ruined My Wife's Birthday Night. Hence Its Was 10 degrees outside. Also they kicked us out and the whole third floor out at the end. People were stealing soaps and hotel belongings . In the end 50 Policemen came to arrest People. Horrible Night Wouldn't Recommend. Nice Pool. Nice Vicinity But Wouldn't Recommend

My experience was great. Customer Service, ambience, cleanliness of room. I was extremely pleased. Will definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful stay. They greeted me awesome also had my room ready clean perfect. My husband and i spend our anniversary there for new years. It was beautiful there bar tender awesome, breakfast great. Look forward to stayn again. Thank you to an awesome staff.

The manager Stacy is horrible!!!! The other staff was great and the hotel was amazing... But Stacy needs to be fired! I stayed here and heard great things about manager Jennifer. Stacy is a ghetto nightmare.Hampton inn you loose points for her actions. I hope no one every has to interact with her ever.
