Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Midtown East

I stayed here last night for Valentine's with my now Fiancé. All I can say is I had the best experience in my life staying here for the first time. Not only was Nykia from the front desk very helpful but put me in a room with a balcony with an amazing view. I really loved everything about the room which was great for my proposal and would definitely consider staying here again. If I had to rate my experience from 10 out of 10 my expectations were exceeded way beyound the limited scale. I would also like to note the staff and breakfast were amazing. Thank you so much Residence Inn!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was awesome. The overall building and lobby was quiet. Our room was clean. The small kitchen is a plus. We loved our stay for Valentine's Day. We look forward to staying there again.

Awesome hotel!

We had tickets to see a show at radio city and last minute decided to stay in the city. This hotel is in the perfect location to food,shopping etc. Studio room was perfect for the night, clean, and all the staff are very kind. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel with full kitchen breakfast bar dishwasher and decent sized bath in each room, loved the homely set-up. Centrally located, very convenient yet somehow very quiet and tranquil inside the hotel despite being quite busy and my room was next to the elevator. Handy 24/7 coin laundry in basement, gym and small convenience store. Front desk are friendly, classy and low key but efficient. Great stay thanks to all the staff there. I had a small child with me and wanted to mention that this place is great for families yet I saw plenty of suits and people traveling for work, breakfast was free and beautifully set out, very clean and well staffed - a diverse range of guests were able to dine quickly or at leisure, we took trays back to our room with assistance from the attentive breakfast staff. Places was immaculately clean everywhere. Thanks again.

It was my daughter's 16th birthday and the manager here ruined it! She was being eaten by bed bugs, in 1 bedroom on 8th floor room to left at end of hall, and they didn't believe us. I requested new mattress immediately and they said it was taken care of but, they lied. We fought them for 5 nights and 5am we showed them video & they finally moved us 3pm but, still wanted to charge us. Just FYI law states they can't charge you! Also bedbugs aren't visible, they only come out in dark when someone is in the bed. It only took us 1 Google research to find this out but, hotel couldn't do that. Horrible management!
