- Terrible #20411

The delivery guys are unprofessional and the store has a huge issue with explaining there policy and procedures clearly. I was told that my insurance would cover everythig and now Im finding out upon return that it's not covered. I'm having to pay now for things that were not explained clearly and instead of renting I am now indeed BUYING most of the pieces. I wouldn't touch this store with a ten inch pole! You're better off getting a cheap dresser and bedroom set and making it work then getting tied up with these unprofessional shmucks!
