Extremely rude and arrogant company. I approached them via their FB page asking for a quote leaving my contact numbers. I was told to email them. I asked why should I since I have given them my numbers to contact me. This was the response I got from them Rennergy LLC
"This is how we start a project - exchanging pertinent information. We do this to ensure that there is a viable project - we are not in the business of providing quotations for the fun of it. If this is not how you want to proceed, then best of luck to you. If you want to proceed, please email us and we can begin to get exchange data that will help us build a file."
Good business begins with courtesy. Some businesses do not understand why they fail. Customer Service is the key to good Business!
