I live in one of their properties right now and they are amazing. Not sure if its new management or what, but everything I have asked for they have done in an expeditious time frame. Very attentive and straight forward, will do business again!

- Terrible #173423

I have lived in their building for over 6 years and never do we receive heat in the winter. When you call management office they give you the run around. Most of their building have the same complaints NO HEAT. 311 HEAT COMPLAINT hotlines have over hundreds of call from their tenants within Brooklyn. They are poor at fixing repairs. Think before you move into any of their building speak to all the tenants first. Otherwise you will be miserable in the winter and very sick from cold
