I was treated very rudely. I asked for help on several occasions and time and again the guy payed me 10 sec of attention and then dissmissed me. I told him please help me or im going to have to leavr and he suggested i left. Bad customer care.

GREAT GREAT SERVICE.
SO IMPRESSED WITH THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE THERE. THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER TOOK EXTRA STEPS TO ORGANIZE MY PRINTS IN A WAY THAT I HAD NOT EVEN THOUGHT OF. IT WAS THE EXTRA MILE,A ND I DID NOT EVEN ASK HIM TO DO IT.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are simply the best copy shop in NYC. Their service, speed and accuracy are unsurpassed. They are friendly, low-key and attitude-free. Their shop is clean, well lit and organized. They take impeccable care of their machines. Their employees stay there for years. They are very accommodating and treat all their customers very well. They are miles above everyone else. If you have an important job and want it done right, this is the place to go.
