- Terrible #108140

Truly terrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with, they don't reply to e-mails for weeks. Seems like they don't care for their customers at all. The health insurance package they offered me was not a best policy for me, after I contacted them to change it, my agent asked why I haven't changed it sooner - she was the one who recommended it in the first place! Tasha my agent is is never available, doesn't reply to any on my questions. Ive been waiting to change my policy for a month. I regret ever signing up with them.
