What a customer service!!! What a limousine!!! They brought my wedding to a whole new level. Highly recommended!!! Oh I got a free champagne to share with my wife and friend while in the limo.

Picked up my wife and sister in law to drive to a bachelorette party in NYC. Expected a Lincoln Town car since it was only a pick and drop off, and they actually sent a brand new BMW! The car was clean and Jack the driver was responsive in answering his cell phone. He ran on time, knew exactly where to go and even stood outside his car and waited for them to get safely into their houses when he dropped them off. Truly a class act and premium experience! Great Job!

This past weekend we booked one 35 passenger party bus, 4 suvs and a stretch limo for a wedding and reception. The service and condition of the vehicles was impeccable, the drivers were extremely friendly and courteous and very professional, they even went out of the way to accommodate children seats, as well as accommodated our other last minute requests. From the point of our initial contact till the end, the entire staff of R NY Group has been second to none! they understand the needs of their clients and cater to deliver it with sterling service and excellence. We will definitely use them at the next opportunity and highly recommend them to anyone seeking sterling quality, service, professionalism, customer care and personal touch! 5 STARS for Reliance, all the way!

Super helpful service, clean limo (Land Rover), awesome driver, very professional follow-up from the admin. Overall a great experience BUT...
When they first gave me the estimate, tip was included. Then when they followed-up with me they said tip wasn't included. Then I referred to the estimate, they said 'oh sorry yah tip is included with your total'.
The driver after the ride was finished asked me for a tip, I said it was included in the bill, he said it was not.
That was frustrating for sure.
