DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I spoke to "Rosie" on the phone before we came in. She quoted a price she'd pay and then when we got there (gold had gone up $4 an ounce by the way) she said she'd only give us about 85% of what quoted me on the phone the day before we came in. She said she was fair, she said they are "#1 in Bergen County"....well that surely must not speak well of all the other Gold buyers in Bergen County. By the way, they also have a location in Ramsay too. My Advice: STAY AWAY! She wasted a whole half a day for me and one of my workers. I hope this scathing and vitriolic review of Reliance Gold Buyers and "Rosie" is enough to dissuade you and steer you clear of them. They did no better than try and pull a 'bait & switch' routine on me.

I had some old broken silver and gold so decided to check these guys out, saw their ad in the local newspaper and their prices were the highest in the review, took my gold and silver to two other stores then theirs and their prices were the highest by a landslide, the staff was super friendly explained everything to me, gave me great prices and were really honest! got cash on the spot!
