I have been dealing with the aftermath of the inspect and the move into the house. Had to replace a washer and a dryer because neither worked after the inspect which gave them a green light. Was a half-assed inspection and I am now paying for it. In addition we have found other issues that make me wonder how I used this company in the first place.

I just used them for my home inspection. Keith was great! Arrived earlier, went through the entire house with me, answered all my questions and provided me with great tips for future maintenance. His report was very precise and indicated all areas, specially the areas of concern. I was able to use the inspection report to get the sellers to repair or provide credits for the areas of concern. I would definitely recommend them.

Hopefully for the most part they seemed ok but missed a dying large tree next to the home which is a safety hazard, and also missed moss growth on roof as our home owners insurance made us basically remove the tree and fix the moss otherwise they would cancel our policy. Ended up costing $4000 and I avoid these guys.

Keith Pasquariello of Reliable Home Inspection did our home inspection. He was on time, courteous, and most importantly thorough. He made sure to explain everything while walking us through the inspection.
