Reed Audio Systems

Poor...bordeline disgraceful.
I brought my sons caddy in to have a new system that I purchased installed and the Bose system removed...big mistake on my part as I did not realized how interdepandant the system is with regards to its operating function. I relied on the professionals to say yea or nay but no one told me any different. they went an installed it anyway. then the phone call. someone from an ajacent business sideswiped the car in the lot...lots of damage and 2 week turn around. now i'm not going to blame the shop for this and aside from that, installing a unit that you know is not going to work is not right. I was stupid enough to bring the car BACK for a sub woofer install after the car was returned WITHOUT a working AM/FM signal. no radio! i was given the impression that they were going to fix it.
picked the car up after the woofer and still, shitty radio signal. after all the shit that went down one would think that these guys would bend over backwards to make things right...i never bitched about what happen...thats cool...shit happens,just get the job done right... oh yea the retracting ashtray was not put back right either...can't shut it now. this was awhile back now and i'm just getting around to it because I have not got in the car for awhile and I tried to turn the radio on! no signal!!!

Glad I found Reed to install my audio system into a restored 1966 Chevy c10, I call it Red Truck. My main concern was to have the system be invisible and not take away from the look of the restored truck.

Aside from the fact that I hear tunes now when I roll there is no other sign of the audio system! Reed is a true professional and takes pride in his work.

Reed (the owner) is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like a friend. He takes the time to explain the different options to you - as opposed to other places that just try to push something onto you.

Prices are fair - work is TOP NOTCH and I can highly recommend Reed Audio.

I went to another place in town (I won't even do you the disservice of mentioning their name) and they were rude, disrespectful, rushed and plain lousy. Stick with Reed and you won't go wrong!

Reed took out a pesky after-market alarm out of my car- one that several mechanics wouldn't touch. He was really nice and fast, too. The price was decent as well. I definitely recommend him!
