HORRIBLE!
This is the worst quality service I have ever seen. They charged me $25 for missing a pick-up, when I had specified (and they had noted) that I wanted my stuff at a later time. I talked to customer service, and it wouldn't budge, and in fact said I couldn't even get my stuff until at least 3 days later - and I had scheduled to have them come today. Their service is a complete LIE and quite honestly a scheme.

Ordered 10 bins for $5.00 each and driver showed up on-time. I filled 8 bins and driver came back to pick them up and that guy was on-time too. I got a full credit for the 2 bins I didnt use. No charge for pickup or delivery. I got a bunch of stuff out of my apartment that I dont really use that much. I dunno, This seems like a no brainer to me. Great idea, great service, No issues.

Nobody there seems to be willing to help me and, in fact, have all been acting incredibly rude and unprofessional. All I have been trying to do is simply have my boxes brought out of storage for 20 minutes while I reshuffle some items an then have them returned to storage. Plain and simple. But it's been a nightmare. A total nightmare. I've had to speak with four different people - all rude and unprofessional and unwilling to listen. Hanging up on me. Dictating to me what THEY have decided to do with MY belongings. A real nightmare. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism. I simply want to manage an order.
