Red Lobster

Food is always pretty solid here. Biscuits, which most people love, are usually nice and warm but the biggest problem here is the service. Expect to spend at least an hour at minimum here for your food, I've come on busy days and relaxed days and both times the service was extremely slow. Besides that I think the seaside shrimp trio is pretty damn tasty!

Waited 30mins on seat for drinks, additional 5 for one straw then another 30mins for the plates just to find out that it was the wrong one. Yeap.
Drinks are just glass full of ice with 2 sips of whatever you order.. in my case an ice tea and a mojito.
The food was good no complaints about it other than it takes forever.
Conclusionn: Terrible customer service for a not so cheap place.
Advice: If you don't like what I wrote then go somewhere else.

I think this is the closest red lobster around in Queens. Been coming for years. The food is ok at best. You can definitely get better seafood at a non chain restaurant. But it does the job. I usually order the 4 course menu as you get a soup, salad, entree, and dessert for $18. Not bad. Parking around the neighborhood is really hard. But you can park in the mall lot. Will most likely come back here as my wife likes it.

I use to come here all the time. This time around I felt that the service was the worst. I ordered appetizers from a waiter that thought he was very well trained. A set of new people came after me and already had their appetizers on their table while I didn't even receive even the butter biscuits. I gotten the food and the food wasn't even accurate. Another person came to me and said they ran out of rice! Who runs out of rice at 7pm? The food looked like it was heated a few times. When I inquired about it the waiter said we make it fresh but he failed to realize that I know that but wasn't presented on time so therefore they obviously heated it up. Worst experience but I still ate it just because I was staring.
