Yo fui cliente x 12 años cuando los dueños cosinaban era rico el mismo sabor del peru y ahora k estan esos ecuatorianos es horrible el chifa caro y pokito antes era el mejor chifa ahora es feo orrible sin sabor ojala los duños regresen para comer como antes rico

Very rude people

As a Peruvian American who visits Lima every year and was eating Chifa in Pueblo Libre 2 weeks ago, I really wanted to love this place, I really wanted to find anything that could be half as good as a Chifa in Lima, however this is not Chifa.

It tastes like 10% Chifa and 90% cheap take out Chinese food.

The beauty of Chifa comes from fresh ingredients with everything made in house, while much of the sauces at this place seem to be the same processed sauces out of a jug found elsewhere. The wonton soup is not your conventional wonton soup but the recipe is not a good one either. i wonder if their cooks understand what Chifa is, or if due to the lack of patrons they are just becoming a local chinese take out place. With Peruvian rotisserie chicken and other non Chifa menu items, i think they try to be everything and do nothing well. These may have been business decisions, but sadly the taste suffers and therefore for anyone familiar with Chifa, this is not the place for you.
