Worst experience ever, don't stay at this motel,
They have the worst customer service, they don't respect anyone, they hire unprofessional employee. That they use the F word so easy. I complain to that supervisor More than one time but nothing change, it's just Getting worst and worst. Would not recommend it to anyone . And I will definitely report theme To the headquarter. They harace customers .
Manager Indian guy with a black marks on his ugly face. And a young stupid kid that he thinks it's his father's motel . Are the worst employee ever they Should get fired.

This is a last resort hotel. My husband and I stayed here because we couldn't find another hotel that was vacant within our budget. Checking in at 1am is a terrible idea. This is basically a "hook up" place. Let's talk about the parking. People can't properly park. Probably because they are drunk after the being at the club. After we checked in, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. As you can see from my pictures, it was not properly cleaned. But what can you expect at 1am. Despite the massive amount of air freshener disbursed in the room, it still smelled like cigarettes. The bed cover had cigarette burn marks. I found several strands of long hair on the bed cover and sheets. I bet you the room attendant kept the same sheets used by the people before us. The bottom bed frame cover was really stained. It's gross. I couldn't properly check for bedbugs because the zippers to the mattress covers were not easily accessible. I found a used bandaid on the floor. Disgusting. I felt really grossed out by sleeping here. The walls and windows are thin. So you can hear people talking outside. You can hear people getting lucky next door. You can hear doors slamming. You can hear staff people kicking people out of their room... At 2-3am. I would not recommend this place to others unless you have no other choice or if you're just trying to get it in.

The first impression was once I entered, there was no smell! The renovation was done over a year ago and the cleaning crew is doing a wonderful job! The room was superb! For a smoking room, there was no stench, bed, sheets, carpet, and bathroom was squeaky clean! Everything was updated and I felt as if I was in a 5 star hotel!!!!

Renovations to the hotel were very nice. The room as well as the bathroom were very clean, the carpet was clean as well as the sheets. The front desk was polite and very helpful upon check in. The room had a fridge and a microwave and a very nice flat panel. It was a nice room and would recommend or stay here again if I found myself in The area.
