I hated the experience I came in at 12:00 and I asked the lady if I could be seen soon because I wanted to do it on my lunch break. She barely looks at me while she tells me ok pick polish I waited till 12:20 to start a pedicure. The lady was super rushed through my foot barely paid any mind to anything. She scrubbed my foot for less than a minute and when I asked her if she could scrub a little more she tells me I would have to pay for a spa if I want more attention to the bottom of my feet -.-!!! Then I came back after work because it's right by my job and convenient as I walked back in I got really dirty looks from the employees and even though I approached the counter and the two women didn't even acknowledge me and continued to speak in their language. I had to say excuse me and asked if I could wax my underarms the two ladies who were absolutely free said to wait for one of the other ladies who were with customers. I waited and saw when another lady became free and no one attempted to help me so I walked out wrote this review and will never be returning.

I've tried coming several times and it just gets worst, the last time I went In for wax and a new set they rushed me out the door, did a mediocre job on my nails, and didn't even do the wax. While pushing back my cuticles she was so harsh she cut back my skin! If I could put a picture of the cut I would..

The staff are great and they are always pleasant to work with.

The place looks really pretty and clean but the service is not worth the cost. Also, they are not very service oriented. I came in @ 7pm for a pedicure/manicure special and a 10 minute massage. I waited until 7:45pm as I watched all the workers get up and leave between 7:15 and 7:45. Finally @ 7:45 I started getting my pedicure (very rushed and I didn't even feel the massage). When she was almost done told me that she couldn't do the manicure because it was 8:15 and they had already closed at 8pm. I paid $20 bucks for just the pedicure meanwhile with the special I could have paid $23 for both mani and pedi. There's better service at Kim's Nails on Union Tpk and 177 street. Better service and cost is more reasonable.

Very nice and clean place. the employees were very friendly and did the nice job on mani/pedi. One of the lady helped me to choose a right color for me. The price is fair, and people always smile at customers. I would go back very soon.
