Horrible experience as a first time buyer you would think she would take her time to explain things she didn't. She barely showed me the property i felt really uncomfortable everything felt rushed. Oh and let me not forget her sarcastic attitude will not recommend especially when you’re making such a huge investment. Very poor & Unprofessional.

I recently had the good fortune of having Bianca by my side to not only help me find the right co-op for purchase, but to guide me through every step of the often complicated road to property ownership in NYC. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the quality and financial status of a vast array of properties (i.e. she can speak definitively with respect to the reasons why certain co-ops and/or apartments are questionable/risky investments). But just as importantly, she is refreshingly supportive, friendly and approachable, and exhibits absolutely none of the stereotypical smarminess of many realtors I've encountered. To put in succinctly, working with her is like working with a good friend who knows the market impeccably. Without hesitation, I would recommend her to anyone.
