I have been dealing with Bianca for the past few months on selling some investment property’s for me in Astoria Queens. From the very beginning she has been absolutely spectacular. From arranging contractors to get the properties ready for sale to placing them online with terrific multiple photos she has been an absolute professional. One of my properties was a Co-Op apartment with an extremely difficult Co-Op board. She dealt with them and their impossible board rules with professionalism and grace, even when I was at the end of my patience with courtesy with them.
To sum it up, she has returned phone calls quickly. Was available whenever I reached out to her, day or night. And never promised anything that she did not deliver on.
