Realty Appraisal Co

This company was hired by the town of Monroe to reassess the property of the town. After there first drive by appraisal I had to go down to the town and make them come back out since they obviously had the wrong house .There was a half day lost from work. The second appraiser comes back walks in my kitchen asks a few questions and leaves never fully looking at my property or house .Two months later right before the deadline to file for an appeal I receive there out of this world appraisal from what my house might of been worth in the early 2000's. Now since there inflated appraisal has raised my taxes to a little less then doubled myself and the entire block are going down to the town hall to fight and file appeals which will cost more money out of my pocket. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS CORUPT COMPANY TO ANYONE
