I am approaching the 1 yr mark in my apartment which was built, managed, and leased to me by Capodagli Properties and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience, facility, and team. I have lived in several apartment complex's and none come close to how great the facility and the staff are at Meridia...Michelle(realtor) who is still in contact making sure everything is going well, Jorge and Juan(facilities management) who helped with the move in process and the small issues that I have had, and Kim(The Manager) who is wonderful, she makes that extra effort to make sure the facility is run properly. Every person who has come to the apartment complex can't believe how nice of a place it is. Would recommend looking into leasing a place with them!
