Cynthia Samson has helped me tremendously with all my real estate properties. I am an absentee landlord living out of state and Cynthia has been doing a wonderful job of managing all of my rental properties. Our agent was Hongmi Hoog who rented us a unit at 25 Hudson. We had an absentee owner who doesn't take care of issues and makes others do his dirty work by threatening tenants. Renter Beware.
