I.went to the store to pick up gift gift is finish leave your phone when the gift come we will call you no call I went back to the store the gifts come and finish I get no gift

I brought some chairs from here and just to get them was one problem. I was told there are at that specific store . When I went to pick them up they said I had to pay the balance then wait 3 days before I can get them. Then when I got home and opened one box the seats were scratched. Once I opened the last box as I went to take the plastic of the back frame was cracked. It looks like it old plywood. I tried callin the store from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and no one has answered. So my Christmas gift to myself is ruined. So very diappointed. Will they exchange them .Will not by from them again. I wonder what they will do and how they will compensate me or if I can get my money back.
