Pushy sales staff which was a huge turn off. Was a right pain to just browse.. Having brochures stuffed into your face when you walk in puts you off.
Won't return and spent else where.

We had several problems with multiple mattresses and every time we reached for help they always did the right thing. The show manager, Jerry Pittman, was patient and understanding. He made it his goal to make sure we got the best mattress for us. He insisted that we take our time selecting the right mattress because he knows that you spend 1/3 you life in bed. It should be the most comfortable. Thank you.

Good professional service and staff. The furnishings are comfortable, functional and made of excellent quality.

Awful customer service. Sales woman was great but the person who set up the delivery did not set it up right and after taking a day off work ..No delivery. Customer service did not care at all. They treated me like I should be pleased that at least they did not charge me. I had to have my son pick it up. I would not recommend using them if you want to be taken care off. Awful customer service.

THe most horrible furniture ever. And the most horrible customer service. After spending 4000 in their store, and purchasing a 2000 dinning room set that was used 4 times, the woond cracked.
The technician said it was clearly an untreated defective piece of wood given the nature of the crack. But Raymour and Flannigan said since it is over one year ( 15 months) they will not do anything.
