Bad customer service got a chair and a sofa from RF in Mars of this year. Service once already in June and now need to be exchange they are playing game. Funny people! Beside of the premium insurance we pay for in a one year or 2 year term. Very bad people

I like going to R&F on Flatbush Ave. They have a very nice selection. I have purchased many items there. The sales people are always courteous and I love their free give aways.

worse customer ever. first they did not have all of my furniture to deliver after I order it two weeks in advance, then when they finally got the order in, 4 weeks later, (something that was to be done in 3 days) they kept attempting to make deliveries at times when I specifically told them that no one would be available. this is the most disgusting and incompetent service I have ever come across. I only gave them the star because I have to. if not they don't even deserve the one star

Sales people attacking you the moment you walk in. It's likes shopping with someone breathing down your back. That's how close they stand next to you in hopes not to loose you. Hello. the store isn't that big! I am sure you will see me wandering around.
The furniture is well made and they have a large election of bulky large bedrooms sets which don't seem to work well for a smaller home or an apartment in Brooklyn.
They try to up-sell and offer no discounts but make claims how good their merchandise is next to Bob's cheap store next door. Beware they also sell pleather (leather mixed with plastic). I don't like to shop under pressure and left.

I went shopping to look at furniture. There is a large selection of furniture. I do not feel it is my taste in furniture. It is more old fashion. I started here, but actually wound up buying the furniture in a different store. They have sales. Depending upon what you need, it may be okay or good. I did not ask for sales help but the people seemed willing to help me find items. Free parking.
