I will advise people to stay away from there. Their level of dishonesty is unbelievable, they will say anything to get your money. If you see a place and like it and is interested in renting, they would ask you to put $500 to take it off the market, which is not true. Three people saw the same place an hour apart and the owner and agent Monique Nieves took money from each person and said the same thing. If you want honesty do not go to this bunch of inexperience people.
