The only draw for me was the cute little rooftop. It did have a wow factor view. The inside consisted of 3 tiny sections. 2 of which were elevated with stairs. So if u are looking for a small venue with a small rooftop...

Wow, a stunning 360 skyline and water view of the city on this beautiful rooftop! (on the 13th floor) I was here for an event by Elle magazine and Downy. It was a great space to mingle, display products and enjoy both inside and out of the studio. There were many windows to look out of and you can even see the Empire State Building from one side. I would love to come here again and take more photos! And especially to see it from a daytime perspective as well.

Awesome rooftop view of the water and skyscrapers, especially as the sun goes down on a unusually warm fall evening. Enough room on the inside for 100+ people to walk around comfortably and the space itself is well maintained.
