Pretty good shio ramen. I think they get some kind of special salt sourced in Vietnam.

Food - 4/5; Spicy Miso was great!
Setting - 3/5; Nice setting. A semi Authentic Japanese feel.
Service - 2/5; The service was sub par. I was very disappointed in the mediocre performance here.
Impression - 3/5

Setagaya serves up some of the best Ramen in the city, but the feel of the restaurant, at least at the time of this review, was grainy. Its hard for me to recommend a place that pays very little attention to customer service.
