This is not just a meal, it is an experience. One must be adventurous and not too picky to come here. That said, it is the real deal. They bring in different ramen chefs who offer a few signature dishes at any given time. When we went, it was cold ramen with coconut flavor or a green-chive sauce. Amazing. There is a wait. There are only about 10 places to stand at the counter. Eat quickly and give up your spot. I would go back every week.

Rotating noodle chefs. Standing only ramen bar which "seats" 10 people. Can you say intimate? Watch them prepare everything in front of you. Absolutely delicious.

There is a long wait for the Ramen here. I suggest getting there early around 5-7pm. Then they call you they help you fill out the menu you choose from 2 Ramen bowls. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere feels cozy and lovely. Warning no chairs to sit while eating here. The Ramen was good, the noodles was a bit hard for me the pork belly was delicious and egg was nicely cooked. The broth was flavorful, and well seasoned. Overall great concept and good Ramen.
