Terrible customer service. Very very rude, not helping at all. Unprofessional doesn't know how to talk with their client. I guess in hospitality business you have to be very kind and nice with your client. My parents books this hotel recently almost two weeks ago. There was a issue on reception. The guy name was mr.Chandra horribly rude. My parents paid for the hotel everything but they needed some documents, my parents book the hotel from a travel agency. My parents tried to convince my chandra that it would be middle of the night in their home country if could wait till morning he would get that piece of paper anyway hotel is paid and everthing but there was noo cooperation from them. My parents called the travel agent and talk to Mr. Chandra explain that the payment is done for the guest its 4:00 am in Dubai. He can provide this required form after fours but Mr. Chandra was not ready to cooperate on anything. Actually was somekind of form needed to fill and send it them and I dunno why they require it but anyways. Mr Chandra was keep insisting that the form should be printed, filled, scan and send it back to him which sounds odd. It sounds like they never had guest from abroad if he need something it should be understandable that in few countries it is middle of the night you should try to come up on solution but Mr. Chandra even told my parents they have to leave the room in two hours if he didn't get this printed,filled and scan form. This form was some kind of resposiblity if the gues used anything extra from the fridge like when hotel block more money just in case if you use something extra. For that telling your guest you have check out in two hours or couldn't wait for few more hours sound crazy to me. End of the day my parents travel went at 4:00 am to this office printed, filled and scan the form and send it to the hotels. At the end my parents even offer him to keep their passport till he didn't get this form but Mr. chandra refuse everything like there shouldn't be any solution for any problem so I would not recommend anyone go there unless you want to pay for the hotel and treated like a shit

Stay away. They stole our money. Professional con artist work here. Poor hotel, rude staff, poor breakfast, etc. They are not close to the subway and you have to walk through a very dangerous neighborhood (projects). Bed bugs, couldn't sleep, itching all night with bumps in the morning. Horrible.

Location is GREAT!... Few blocks away from the train station. Train N will take you to Manhattan in 10 minutes.
It is NOT a luxury hotel, but it is clean and rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Only thing I didnt like is that there is no food/covenience stores around that open 24 hours.
