Your kidding me right? You live in or around NYC and you don't know about this place? Well, best home-made pasta (only you have to eat it right away because fresh pasta jus' don't last!). One of the remaining village/Soho old Italian shops. I always buy the fresh boxed ravioli (cheese, cheese/spinach...), but in this case it freezes very well and is readily dropped into boiling water for 8 minutes to make a great meal or side dish.

Amazing fresh pasta, sauces, and pre made lasagnas. Raffetto's is a Greenwich Village staple and should be on everyone's "Must Go List". Bring cash, as it's a cash only store. You won't need much, though, as their items are extremely affordable.

Want fresh pasta you can take home to cook? This is probably the best place to go in the city. Always fast and friendly. Be sure to try their pasta sauces too if you don't have the time to make your own.
