I have never been to this store however my online Sprint account was recently breached and as a result someone was able to use my personal information, go into this specific store and create a new line on my account along with leasing a new iPhone 6S. I find it highly disturbing that this store did not follow proper ID verification procedures prior to allowing this individual to create a new line and make a phone purchase. This issue was reported to the Sprint fraud department. Hopefully they can get this store to change their practices before others are affected as a result of their negligence.

They have to be the most unprofessional store I have ever been in. Bad attitudes and the sign on the door clearly states that they close at 8pm yet the door is locked by 7:50.
