Radiology Center of Fair Lawn

I was just there, and I never leave reviews. From the moment I walked in until I walked out of the door, I was made to feel welcome and talked through my test which was perfect. Nice clean place and a wonderful staff!! Oh yea my appointment was at 6:45 and I was walking into the back at 6:46!

Never thought they could remove posting they did not like!
In short: a couple of months ago my urologist, in reacting to some complaints, ran ultrasound on me and discover quite big (5mm) kidney stone. To make sure that everything else is in good condition he ordered an X-ray.
Though people in the center were fine, film quality was fine (I could see even two stones - and I am not a doctor) the final step was critical. The report. It stated that there were "no any abnormality found". My doctor read it for me.
I requested report to be mailed to me. My posting appeared before they sent that report out.
Now guess what? I surely past two large stones (one of them 5mm, which according to the report both did not exist) and report never made it to me.
And now even the posting is deleted somehow.
It is for you to decide how professional the service is. I only wish that mistakes, like with me, would have effect like on me. And not worse. I hate to think what would happen if I had not kidney stones but something very serious and trusted these experienced doctors?
I am done with them.
