It's obvious that the last comment was either made by someone very ignorant, or by someone who really never visited the funeral home.

When you shop for a pair of shoes at Macy's, and then compare the cost of the shoe at Sears, do you say that Macy's is ripping you off? Or do you say Macy's cost is more than i want to pay, I'll buy it from Sear's? You get what you pay for! You pay peanuts, you get a monkey.

R. Steven Legall Funeral Services is a complete ripoff. I thought that as a funeral director you would have some form of dignity about your services but it is clear that that is not always the case. I went to this funeral home and they priced our funeral service through the roof. We found a local competitor that was willing to give us the same funeral for $2000 dollars cheaper. I never try to under cut anyone's profit margin but $2 grand is just simply ridiculous. In this economy people need more informed choices for their decisions and I wanted to share my experience with this funeral home. Find other funeral homes in the area to deal with as you will get cheated by this funeral home.
