So far I am very disappointed in the service. Its nearly impossible to reach these people on the phone, you get a recording that tells you to call back. After several weeks, a repairman actually showed up, then told me repair would be over $200. Once I explained I had a service contract through New Leaf, they fell off the face of the earth. Its been over a month since I first contacted them and the wasther/dryer is still not working. Stay away!
