This place is open pretty late, is clean, and the drinks are affordable. My only issue is I've been here twice and both times they had absolutely none of the flavored milk teas on their menu. Both times they had "run out of" coconut, almond, chocolate, etc. The fact it happened twice in a row makes me feel like it's less of a coincidence and more like a waste of time if I want to come here for something that's on their menu.

Too be honest, as ANGRY as i am that they ran Oz Tea Cafe out of business, they have affordable bubble tea. their tapioca bubbles are consistent for the most part, and their milk teas are great. their thai tea tastes like Ensure or Carnation breakfast drink and not like thai iced tea at all. They allow you to add two items in your drink for free, which is also a plus. Oz Tea Cafe remains the best that has ever been made, but this is like 4th place.

This Quickly spot is just like all the others. They have the same menu items but I dont think they have manju like some locations. It's a very tight space. There are 2 tables to sit and eat but you're literally sitting next to the order line and you will inevitably bump someone with your elbow. There's a lot of kids from the test prep program in the same building who hang out there so I would avoid this location if you want a "quiet" place to snack and sip your bubble tea. They do the 3 Kings drink very well here though; a good balance of all elements.

The best bubble tea made is from Quickly's. THey have a wide range of different flavors. The snacks are so tasty and great. The place itself is very clean. The workers are happy to help, depending on who you get.
