Horrible! This is absolutely the worst store ever! I live right across the street, and I decided to go in to buy a pack of cigars using my municipal ID, and the guy wouldn't let me! I kept telling him that it's a government issued ID, but the guy was too uneducated to know. I kept telling him "yes it is" and he kept telling me "no it's not!" Are you serious? They said it on the news! if you go on the website they will even tell you. And the guy started laughing at me. He actually thought that he was in the right! Unbelievable! I have used my nyc municipal ID in many stores to buy cigars and never had this issue. So basically I couldn't buy cigars because you don't know what you are talking about. Because I am such a nice person, I walked away. Oh and to be a wiseguy, he kept yelling out "sorry about that man!" Seriously? What are you apologizing for? You sound silly. Were you just trying to bully me on purpose because of my skin color? Well this is your own fault, not mine. You are the only person in the city that didn't know or hear about the municipal ID. Everyone but you knows about it. Please fire this guy, I am begging you! The store does not need him. The guy is indian, sorta tall and chubby, and has a light voice. Way to make an impression on your neighbors, you won't be getting business from me ever again.
