Please don't take your infant to this lab. I've experience the worse in this place. My 5 month baby was treated w/ cruelty. My son never cries when blood is taken out but last Saturday unfortunately the person who helped me hurting so bad not even when she put the needle, she hurting when she untied the rubber band from his arm, she did it w/ such cruelty that my son started screaming and on top of that kept pressing his forearm while he was screaming and even though i told her to let him go she wouldn't do it. I left that place with tears in my eyes. Please help me take this person out of this lab. She was very cruel, aggressive and disrespectful toward my son and myself. When I asked for her full name she wouldn't give it to me.
