This office has the dumbest answering system. It took 10 minutes to get someone to help me. I fell like I was in the 4th world. All I wanted was their FAX number try it you will see what I mean DUMB

I would give it zero stars if I could. There are a bunch if black women drawing blood and running the place. They're more interested in their coffee break or lunch than in giving their patients prompt, courteous care. What a disgrace.

Horrible staff.
if you have an appointment at a certain time, expect to be waiting there 30 min to an hour before your taken care of since they are very slow and disorganized.

They also don't like to answer questions and will present you with an attitude and ask you to sit and "WAIT" your turn , even though your appointment was for 45 min ago.

My advice is to try and find a different quest office if possible
