The telephone tree does not permit finding out if one has an appointment (my physician faxed the order), or any other question.
If the question doesn't fit the telephone tree, it hangs up. No alternative. I agree, with the other reviewers, hardly worth even trying.

I hate getting blood tests. So imagine how thrilled I was today when my doctor went over my lab tests, which I had gotten done at this Quest lab, and he told me he didn't have a result from the most important test he ordered. It turns out the test was never done. I know it wasn't his fault since I saw it written on the lab request form. Now I have to get yet another blood test. It certainly won't be at this lab. I only give them a two star rating rather than one star because the technician appeared to know what she was doing, at least as far as taking my blood. Too bad she or whoever else was in charge of this couldn't have been at least a little bit careful when it came reading the form and doing the tests themselves. Perhaps it wasn't carelessness but overwork. But whatever the reason, it makes me wonder about the quality and accuracy of the testing they're doing there.
