It was quick and fast and the staff was welcoming. They were able to find my veins quickly and efficiently without unnecessary prodding or unnecessary bleeding. Highly recommended.

called for an appointment was for 1:30 was taking my 4 yr old daughter drew 4 tubes
nurse was patient had proper needlle a little panic from my daughter everything went well
very professional no bruising

Had to bring my 4 yr old son and they didn't have small gauge needles appropriate for his age. That was not great. What was worse was when he was in some noticeable discomfort from a full gauge needle the clinician actually blamed my kids for squirming too much!

Terrible.
