Waited 50 min and called them every 10-15 to check the driver was en route and had right address, they kept assuring me driver was minutes away- no apologies. Gave up and called Uber, got a ride in minutes to where I needed to go. Queens Village Car Service is the worst.

Very bad service they'll change the price on you and you'll have to wait an hour for an taxi to come get you smh very disgusting seriously piss off i wish you could just leave the star blank that's how bad they are

Terrible , terrible service I waited 30 minutes for a cab. Cause me to be late for work. Operator is a rude fuckboy

No respect for people's time and disgusting attitude. They said 10mins then called me 25 mins later saying the cab was coming as if that was amazing news. The worst in Queens.
