I have been trying to get my little boys medical records from the office of Dr. Roy Robinson for about a month. He is now living in Georgia (since Sep 2014)and after contacting them multiple times, I have come to the conclusion that someone up there just will not do their job. I have requested that the records be sent to his pediatrician here in Ga. I provided them with a number. I also requested that his records be sent to the school here and to my self.... Still no records!!! My little boy will either have to have his shots repeated now or get thrown out of school now as a result of this.. They gave me 30 days to get his records updated here and have already given me all the time extensions they can.
For someone who cares about kids, they sure don't seem to mind that my son will have to have his shots repeated. I think it is terrible that my son who is 5 years old will have to go through this again~not to mention the risks he may be facing only because someone will not do their job! There is nothing good about this....
I am not done posting about this. The experience from day one has been substandard. Absolutely no help at all in getting this done. They were nice and helpful on the phone each time I called and they said it would take care of it, but that was the end of it once I came off the phone with them.
After three calls to them, you would think they would know what is going to happen with my little boy and his school situation. This is really bad.... Bad, Bad, Bad......
