Queens Library at Richmond Hill

If the Library is closed for maintenance there should be a posting on the web and a clear notice. So many people are waiting out side without knowing how long it may take with a notice saying "library closed for maintenance" I went from far away in the sun walking and sweating to find out its closed.
Wonderful opportunity for them to make the weekend long vacation. Even no one cares to answer the phone.Public Library, so why care for innocent Library seeking people? I needed the environment to study for next three days for my exam and i missed the whole day calling them,and going there twice. What a waste !!!!

Nice library but at times it becomes very noisy

Love the way the staff handle everyone. Good group and polite. I bring my twins there after school so they can do home work and reading. I really like the fact the kids have their own computer section.
