Queens Library at Rego Park

Very rude and unhelpful staff, especially towards children. The library itself is too small and has very strange patrons.

The Rego Park library is where I take my laptop to do some of my work. I think the staff are always professional. There are problems with patrons and the staff is well trained to handle these issue. They are always helpful to customers and children in the library. This library is a little small. Rego Park library needs more space for the heavy use of the space. For instance, getting space at the laptop table, which only as room for 3 laptops, is not always available. The City of New York needs to build another floor for us. But I guess this money is going toward the pensions of two recently convicted state legislators. Too bad for the patrons of Rego Park. Sad Face here.

The hours are horrible. The staff with the exception of some are very rude and seem very unwilling to work. I must say reference desk worker and much kinder, warm and helpful, as well as able. The ladies on the checkout seem to be the problem, they don't really help much and whenever their help is requested they make it seem like its such an inconvenience to them.

staff should greet people with a smile and a positive attitude, they seem rude and stressed.

Staff are rude. There is this one black lady that never gets off her chair ,not to help so rude she should get fired. Don't know why it is still opened. Please get mew staff that really do enjoy helping and love to work .
