Millions of dollars spent on this library. Unfortunately it is a hang out for the neighborhood kids. they are so loud you can hear them from the lower level. At times even running through the building. Anyone trying to actually do homework or concentrate is out of luck! None of the staff says a word.
There should be a security guard.
