Horrendous service. I was treated like a number not a human being there. I was only 15 minutes late to my doctor appointment for pink eye (i literally cannot see anything because it is in both of my eyes.) & the rude receptionist did not care one bit she said that I couldn't see a doctor for another 4 hours because I was 15 minutes late?! A joke. When I tried to explain to her the only reason I was late that i was having trouble finding the place because of my vision, she could care less. You're better off dead or in the ER than this place. Now my eyes are burning and I cant even cry it hurts so much. thanks a lot Queens Health center!

Dr. Natinov is very unprofessional.

Other than my doctor and the regular receptionist in the pediatrics office, this place is completely unreasonable. I was just declined my medicine (which I need everyday) because it's "closed" yet over the phone and online it clearly states the pharmacy is open until 7:30. I got there at 7:10 and every employee walked passed the doors not even acknowledging me. I get it. Once someone's shift is over they want to leave. But in this type of occupation they should understand that people rely on their assistance and health care. I've been going here since I was a kid and my father has brought the entire family here. I've never felt so disappointed and disrespected. This is the second time this has happened to me. I recommend calling before going in and making sure you go ahead of time. Especially if you no longer live in the area.

While at the dental office here, I was disgusted by the behavior of a dental hygienist named Wanda. She was very unprofessional and actually answered her cell phone in the middle of my cleaning. She started to speaking to what I assume was a man on the cellphone in Spanish. Little did she know, I am fluent in 5 languages. She proceeded to discuss her plans to meet up with this man at a hotel before work the next day so that her husband wouldn't find out! How unprofessional! I was so grossed out to think that this woman would be sleeping around with some man prior to coming to work in a dental office! How gross! She was also very rough and so concerned with her affair that she failed to floss my teeth! Needless to say I will NEVER return to this office! I looked for a way to complain to the Union about this problem but I can't find anything. If anyone knows a way to do so please let me know! Thanks!
